Dear visitors, due to increased visitation of parents with very small children (circa up to 3 - 4 years of age), we would like to kindly ask you to have a rucksack baby carrier with you for visiting the more demanding caves in given time. The most concerned are the following caves: Demänovská Cave of Liberty, Belianska Cave, Dobšinská Ice Cave, Demänovská Ice Cave, Harmanecká Cave. We also ask you to consider visiting the cave with your crying child, which could disturb the other visitors. Thank you for understanding and we wish you a nice experience.

Dear Sir/Madam Do I need to preorder my tickets if I want to see the cave with a group (14 people) on 19th (this saturday) at 12 (lunchtime)? Do you have special price for group? If I can buy tickets online pls send me a link due I cannot find where can I purchase online. Thank you
Dear visitor, we thank you for interest in our caves but we are sorry that we don't have a system for preordering (booking) the tickets to our caves and also it is not possible to buy tickets online. You need just to come to the cave and wait for the particular admission. The tickets are sold around 10 - 15 minutes before admission. We have regular times of admissions published on our website, which is normally one hour interval. However, in days with increased visitation, each cave has its own shortened interval of admissions in order to guide as many visitors as possible during the day. A group of 14 people is not a problem, however we don't have special prices for groups and finally, now it is possible to pay by card. Best regards.
